Our client is a leading global business aviation organization offering a diverse range of tailored aviation services including pre-owned and new aircraft sales, aircraft management, executive aircraft charter, aircraft maintenance, aircraft completions consulting and fixed base operations.

Responsibilities:

The responsible and varied work includes:

Creating schedules for short and long-haul flights
Read and interpret aviation weather
Organize permits (eg, overflight, landing permits)
Securing Services on the ground (eg, aircraft handling, transport)
Monitoring of flight duty and rest of crew
Preparing Crew Briefings
Ongoing coordination with customers and flight crews

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience as a flight dispatcher in business aviation – preferably 5 years
Enjoy working with demanding customers and flight crews
Very good German and English language skills in written and spoken
It would be an advantage if you spoke other languages too eg, Russian or Arabic
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, scheduling specific systems)
Willingness to work in shifts 24 / 7
Strong capacity for teamwork
Very good comprehension
Fast and precise operation
High load capacity, reliability and flexibility
Dispatcher Licence would be an advantage
